The service is offered in blocks of hours and is guided by a collaboration agreement that outlines the targeted objectives and expected outcomes of the mandate. It is available remotely, accessible internationally, and offered in both French and English

Board Chair coaching

The Board Chair holds a pivotal position in an organization’s success.

In many non‑profit settings, individuals may step into this role out of a desire to support the mission, even if they lack prior governance knowledge or leadership experience.

To bridge that gap, we’ve designed an approach that combines our governance expertise with our corporate coaching methodology, enabling Chairs to quickly gain confidence, clarity, and effectiveness in their role.
